BuShips Directive 1803-06 was issued 21 March 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints the XO for HMS Unicorn (CLAC-30).

LTJG Flaherty:
You are hereby directed and required proceed aboard HMS Unicorn (CLAC-30), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Commander Jeremy Kittleson, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank and acknowledge the service of Commander Kittleson as the former Executive Officer of HMS Unicorn.
