Job Purpose
To assist the Chief of Staff with finding, evaluating, and tracking of events in the Fleet area of responsbility
Duties
- Participate in staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff
- Liase with the Bureau of Planning as the primary Intel Agent
- Coordinate activities of other Intel Agents within the Area of Operation
- Help maintain the calendar that the Staff Operations Officer creates for events
- Update Fleet Command Staff with information, via reporting and After Action Reports on events in the Area of Operation
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources.
- Ability to organize a wide variety of information and materials in a meaningful and useful way
Qualifications
- Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
- Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Yeoman exams passed (Preferred)
- Hold a minimum rank of O-2 (Lieutenant (junior grade)) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
- Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
- Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 6 months
