Job Purpose
The Second in Command of the specifically numbered fleet or army, whose main purpose is to assist the CO in the smooth operation of their command.
Duties
- Participate in Staff meetings and activities as requested by the Commanding Officer (CO)
- Serve as principal advisor and consultant to the CO
- Mentor Staff Officers and support their professional development
- Oversee officer promotion boards for the Fleet/Army
- Join and monitor <Fleet/Service> Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related Forums.
- Regularly responding to staff communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours, if possible any other additional collateral functions as determined by the CO
Skills
- Leadership Experience
- Ability to set goals and motivate others
- Ability to lead topics to conclusion - excellent organizational skills
- Ability multi-task, think on your feet, and make adjustments is a must
- Should possess a modicum of skills including the capability to be proactive, project management, strategic thinking, written and verbal communication (internal & external), teamwork
- Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources
