Job Purpose

To assist the Fleet Command Officer by coordinating all LAC Operations within the Fleet/Service AOR, supporting growth and creation of new chapters within Fleet structures

Duties

  1. Participate in Fleet Staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff, and represent LAC priorities during these meetings
  2. Determine ways in which the Fleet can grow and assist in chapter growth to larger vessels/units
  3. Support Command Triads of the new LAC chapters within the Fleet
  4. Assist in the coordination of events between LACs
  5. Assist CLAC COLACS and Wing NCOICs in their duties as the voice to the Fleet/Service Commanding Officer, and respond with answers/advice within 48 hours
  6. Update Fleet Command Staff with information, via reporting
  7. Strong understanding of TRMN LAC regulations/orders/manuals

Skills

  1. Ability to coach and develop leadership skills
  2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources.
  4. Creative thinking and analysis skills.
