With the authority granted by the First Space Lord, Fleet Admiral of the Green New Mecklenburg, the Second Space Lord is formally declaring StarFest Denver (http://starfestdenver.com/) as the Second Space Lord's Admiralty House Event.
This declaration makes the Havenite War Campaign Medal available to all those who qualify by making sufficient contribution(s) to the success of the event as stipulated by the Bureau of Personnel.
