Lieutenant (SG) Michael Timko (RMN-3014-15) of HMLAC Abraxas, is appointed to the position of Assistant Engineering Chair for Environmental Systems in the SIA Naval Technical Specialties College, and is hereby brevet promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O-4) effective 12 June 2016.
