Re:	Ships Order 2010-02 - Officer Appointment

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements, and served as an exemplary member of ship’s company since she joined I hereby promote the following:

Petty Officer 1st Class Fiona Clark, GSN is hereby promoted to Ensign
