BuShips Directive 2408-03 was issued on 21 August 2024 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Bosun to HMS Invinvible (SD-455).

Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Bruns:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Invinvible (SD-455), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Bosun, relieving Senior Chief Petty Officer Elizabeth Erickson, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 21 August 2024.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Senior Chief Erickson for their service as Bosun of the HMS Invinvible (SD-455) and wish them all success in their future endeavors.
