For having met time in grade, the academic requirements, promotion points requirements, and having the endorsement of their commanding officers, the following individuals are hereby promoted:

Megan Elizabeth Cochran, RMMC, MARDET Wolf is hereby promoted to First Lieutenant RMMC.
