As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Dallas de Marr to the position of Deputy Commandant RMMC. Dallas de Marr you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the office of Deputy Commandant RMMC. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Field Marshal.
