BuShips Directive 1503-01 was issued 16 March 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Black Rose.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 16, 2015, it is my duty to announce the following change of Command for HMS Black Rose. The new Command Staff are as follows:

• Commander Thomas Lee, Jr.
• Chief Petty Officer Jacob Engstrom

The Commanding Officer and crew remains unchanged at this time.

As of this date, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Thomas Lee, Jr. to Commander
• Jacob Engstrom to Chief Petty Officer

As of this date, the following personnel are reduced to their permanent rank as indicated:

• Amber Witherspoon to Petty Officer 1st Class
• Jessica Allen to Spacer 2nd Class
