My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 1, 2014, it is my duty to announce the following changes of command for HMS Gaheris, DD-482. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Decatur, GA.

• The new CO will be Lieutenant Commander Hans Sprenkle
• The XO will be Lieutenant, senior grade Beth Bostic
• The new Bosun will be CPO Mathew Miller

The following persons are breveted in rank:

• Beth Bostic to Lieutenant, senior grade
• Mathew Miller to Chief Petty Officer
