Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 12, 2013, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant Commander Amanda Enders assigned as CO, HMS Devastation
• Lieutenant, s.g. Joseph Morgan assigned as XO, HMS Devastation

Bosun and remaining crew is unchanged.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Amanda Enders to Lieutenant Commander
• Joseph Morgan to Lieutenant, s.g.
