Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 27, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Leopard, CA-430. This is a Saganami-C Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the First Fleet (Alexandria, VA).
The following personnel are assigned to HMS Leopard, CA-430:
- Captain, j.g. Eric Schulman (and assigned as CO of HMS Leopard)
- CDR Steve Ives (and assigned as XO of HMS Leopard)
- SCPO John Wagner (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Leopard)
- LCDR Steve Randolph
- Lieutenant, s.g. Ed Wandell
- Spacer 3rd Caroline Cox
- Spacer 3rd Steve Rogers
- Spacer 3rd Ed Bosko
- Spacer 3rd Bill Horridge

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

HMS Artegal is hereby placed into the mothball reserve for later use as needed.
