EXC 2608-01

Executive Committee Order 17 August 2026

To all members of the Grand Allliance,

RADM Rob Marshall, RMN (RMN-3574-15) is hereby appointed to the role of the Seventh Space Lord, with all the duties and responsibilities of that office. He is promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral of the Red in accordance with PD-SC-1004.

Thanks are offered to Ben Wagner who filled in at short notice, and to all the members who have stepped into the hole in BuSup over the past two years.
