By my hand and the authority vested in me as commanding officer, Second (Gryphon) Fleet, I hereby make the following announcements:

In accordance with the changes to promotion processing as delineated in PD-SC-1004, the following members are hereby promoted, having attained the TIG, promotion points, and course(s) needed for such promotions.
