Army Directive 2104-01 was issued 30 April 2021 under the authority of the Marshal of the Army. It specified the Marshal's Admiralty House Events for 2021.

In accordance with Admiralty Order 1803-02, the following events shall be considered Admiralty House Events authorized by the Marshal of the Army for the following periods, and in the following locations:
- FantaSci 2021, Raleigh, NC - MAY 21-23 2021
- AllCon 2021, Dallas, TX - OCT 29-31 2021
The Havenite War Campaign Medal will be issued to all personnel attending and participating in accordance with RMN 5-1, RMN/RMMC Awards Manual, dated May 27, 2017, or any subsequent manual or Admiralty Order pertaining to its awarding authority. In addition, members may be eligible for the Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal.
To ensure all eligible personnel are awarded the appropriate medals, please submit this information to BuPers Awards office and notify Fleet CO Rear Admiral @Geoff Strayer after the convention.
