From:	Fleet Admiral of the Red, Lord Sir Scott Akers, KCR, First Space Lord, Earl, New Arkhangelsk
Re:	Appointment of Ninth Fleet Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 11FB-09)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Rear Admiral of the Red (Brevet) Thomas Pope to the position of Commanding Officer of the Ninth Fleet and the Ninth Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 28-FEB-11.

The Ninth Fleet is the Special Operations Fleet, but due to the unique nature and considerations of this fleet it is closed to Chapters. I could tell you more, but no one, including myself is cleared to know anything.
