It is my pleasure, as of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Samara Bilyeu-Anderson to the position of Chief of Staff to the Seventh Space Lord of the Admiralty. At this time, you are brevetted to rank Captain Junior Grade.
Captain JG Samara Bilyeu-Anderson, you are hereby ordered to Admiralty House, Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will assume the office of, Chief of Staff - Seventh Space Lord. The above effective 16 June, 2016.
