My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 7, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Windsong, DD-119, under the command of Lt. Commander Laura Gallagher. This is a Chanson Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Saginaw, TX.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Windsong:
- Lt. Commander Laura Gallagher (assigned as CO of HMS Windsong)
- Karl Gallagher to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (assigned as XO of HMS Windsong)
- Erich Maybaum to Chief Petty Officer (assigned as Bosun of HMS Windsong)

- Spacer 3rd Class John Atkinson
- Spacer 3rd Class Tom Tjarks
