Re:	RMMC Echelon Breakdown (Corps Directive 02-1903)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby institute the Echelon Breakdown. Please note that this order supersedes Corps Directive 03-1808.
