As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint 1st Lieutenant Sonja Wolf to the position of Staff Communications Officer, RMMC Commandant. 1st Lieutenant Wolf, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Staff Communications Officer, RMMC Commandant. You are also breveted to the rank of Colonel.
