My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on August 30, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Gryphon-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Michael Willis and is assigned to the HMS Gryphon and Second Fleet.

The crew of this ship consists of:

• Ensign Kevin Walsh (Assigned as XO of Pinnace Gryphon-01)

Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:

• Michael Wallis to Lieutenant, j.g.
• Kevin Walsh to Ensign

They will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
