This order promotes Vice Admiral Micheal Paquette, RMN to the permanent rank of Admiral in the Royal Manticoran Navy.

FROM ADM McCovey Cove, RMN
Vice Admiral Paquette:
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of the Sovereign Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore, you are hereby appointed an ADMIRAL OF THE RED (F-4A) in Her Majesty’s Navy, promotion to be effective the 20th day of January 2024.
Selection was by unanimous vote of the Flag Officer Promotion Board. Congratulations Admiral Paquette!
