My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 16, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Beowulf (BC-739). The new Command Staff is as follows:

• CPO Scott Atkins, assigned as Bosun, HMS Beowulf

The CO, XO and remaining crew of HMS Beowulf remain unchanged.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Scott Atkins to Chief Petty Officer
