My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on December 27, 2013, it is my duty to announce a change of command for GNS Glory, CLAC-09. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Commander Ryan Connor Gerrad, assigned as XO of GNS Glory
• Chief Petty Officer Emilio Desalvo, assigned as Bosun of GNS Glory

The Commanding Officer, Galceran Orriols, remains unchanged.

Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the ranks indicated, effective immediately:

• Ryan Connor Gerrad to Commander
• Emilio Desalvo to Chief Petty Officer
