My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 12, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Vengeance, DD-11, under the command of Lt. Commander Michael Hunnicutt. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Mechanicsville, VA.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Vengeance:

• Commander Michael Hunnicutt (assigned as CO of HMS Vengeance)
• Lieutenant, s.g. Zachary White (assigned as XO of HMS Vengeance)
• Chief Petty Officer Michael Romero (assigned as Bosun of HMS Vengeance)
