By the authority and trust placed in me by Protector Benjamin IX, I hereby transfer Dan Connelly, Captain, Grayson Space Navy from High Admiral’s Staff Intelligence Officer to High Admiral’s Staff Communications Officer, effective 0001, 13 November 2013.
