The Barony of Allegheny-Mellon is an honorary peerage title awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..
The barony was created at the first MantiCon, on 27 May 2015, when Thomas Pope was created Baron Allegheny-Mellon.
Pope was the head of BuNine and is the co-author of the Manticore Ascendant series, along with David Weber and Timothy Zahn.
