This order promotes Konteradmiral Geoffrey Zoeller, IAN to the permanent rank of Vizeadmiral in the Imperial Andermani Navy.

MEMORANDUM FOR KADM Geoffrey Zoeller, IAN
FROM RADM Oak Forest, RMN
Konteradmiral Zoeller:
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of the Sovereign, His Most Imperial Majesty Gustav XI, you are hereby appointed a VIZEADMIRAL (F-3) in His Majesty’s Navy, promotion to be effective the 21st day of July 2024.
Selection was by unanimous vote of the Flag Officer Promotion Board. Congratulations Vizeadmiral Zoeller!
