This award is offered to those members who participate at an official Fleet Level function of The Royal Manticoran Navy (TRMN) on a Fleet or Chapter Level, such as a Fleet or Chapter meeting at a local convention. The Member must have done more than simply attend (i.e., served on a panel, worked on the Security detail, etc.) A Fleet level function is any function which the Numbered Fleet Commander has designated as such, with or without their attendance.<ref name="aman2014">[http://www.trmn.org/portal/index.php/documents/finish/4-general/92-rmn-5-002-awards-manual TRMN Bureau of Personnel Awards Manual 2014 Edition]</ref> | This award is offered to those members who participate at an official Fleet Level function of The Royal Manticoran Navy (TRMN) on a Fleet or Chapter Level, such as a Fleet or Chapter meeting at a local convention.
