My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 1, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Saladin, DD-515. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lt. Commander Philip Clayton, assigned as CO of HMS Saladin
• Lt. s.g. Steven Firestine, assigned as XO of HMS Saladin

The Bosun and other crew of HMS Saladin remain unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Philip Clayton to the rank of Lieutenant Commander
• Steven Firestine to the rank of Lieutenant, senior grade
