BuShips Directive 1311-07 was issued 12 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Devastation.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 12, 2013, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Amanda Enders assigned as CO, HMS Devastation
- Lieutenant, s.g. Joseph Morgan assigned as XO, HMS Devastation
Bosun and remaining crew is unchanged.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Amanda Enders to Lieutenant Commander
- Joseph Morgan to Lieutenant, s.g.
In Service to Her Majesty, the Queen
