My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 15, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Havoc, DD-01, under the command of Lt. Commander Jaeryn Spedden. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Omaha, NE.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Havoc:

• Commander Jaeryn Spedden (assigned as CO of HMS Havoc)
• Lieutenant, s.g. Lee Kolb (assigned as XO of HMS Havoc)
• Chief Petty Officer Anna Crowson (assigned as Bosun of HMS Havoc)

• Spacer 3rd Class Crystal Spencer
• Spacer 3rd Class Chris Gaddie
