As of 0001 Hours 11 JAN 2018, PO3 @David Fretz , GSN (RMN-4120-16) is assigned to the Office of Uniform Manuals, Bureau of Communications to assume the duties of Layout Artist and is hereby promoted to Chief Petty Officer (E-7).
CPO Fretz, please report to Commodore Zachary White post haste to assume your new duties.
