The Board of Directors is the governing body of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).

The Board was created under the Bylaws of TRMN as set forth in Admiralty Order 2307-12 in 2023. The Bylaws define the Board's membership, duties, and officers. They are primarily responsible for the corporate governance of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..
