The Bureau of Communications (abbrev: BuComm) is one of the seven bureaus of the Royal Manticoran Navy. The head of this bureau is known as the Fourth Space Lord (abbrev: 4SL). BuComm is responsible for all Communications for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.; including any official organizational communications (ie: newsletters, press releases), publication of membership manuals and marketing materials, as well as providing and maintaining web services.
Organization & Mandate
The Fourth Space Lord serves as head of Bureau of Communications. This person, for the level of work they do, is awarded the rank of Admiral of the Red.
The Office of the Fourth Space Lord is responsible for the general Communications for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to:
