Tenth Fleet Order 2004-01 (27 April 2020)

From:	RADM Drakkus Heath, Commanding Officer - Tenth Fleet
Re:	RadCon 8 (2020) Operational Awards (Fleet Order 2004-01)

Recruiting operations were conducted on behalf of the Royal Manticoran Navy with a Fan Table and Artemis Bridge Simulation Room at RadCon 8 (2020) which was held from 14 - 16 February, 2020 as a Fleet Level Event under authority of Tenth Fleet Commanding Officer RADM Drakkus Heath.Through the efforts of all that assisted at the Fan Table and Artemis Bridge Simulation Room, at least 8 new recruits entered the service of The Royal Manticoran Navy.Effective 27 April 202, by my authority as Commanding Officer, Tenth Fleet, I hereby award the following personnel the HAVENITE OPERATIONAL SERVICE MEDAL (HOSM) for performing qualifying service at RadCon 8 (2020), if they have not already received the HOSM during 2020:
