Re:	Ship's Order 17010-01

For exemplary performance during the 2017 Fourth Fleet Gunnery Challenge, Chief Communications Mate David Bell GSN (RMN-3701-16) is hereby awarded the Grayson Military Achievement Medal. During the course of this challenge, CCM Bell submitted in excess of 44,000 pages, more than one third of the ship's total, and was instrumental in securing the ship's victory in this contest.
