Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 8, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Chaos, DD-57. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant Commander Candice Buss, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
• Lieutenant, s.g. Jonathan Casas, assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
• Chief Petty Officer Brian White, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos

The other crew of HMS Chaos at this time are:

• Spacer 3rd Class Adrian Austin
• Spacer 3rd Class Gwyn Gahagan
• Spacer 3rd Class Joseph Rose

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
