My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EDT) on August 13, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMLAC Velociraptor. This is a Ferret Class Light Attack Craft and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet (Omaha, NE).

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to the HMLAC Velociraptor and breveted in rank as follows:

Lieutenant, s.g. Jaeryn Spedden (assigned as CO) Lieutenant, j.g. Lee Cobb (assigned as XO) Chief Petty Officer Anna Crowson (assigned as Bosun)
