My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on July 15, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Tristram, DD-479, under the command of Lt. Commander Zach Fraser. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the First Fleet, based in Manchester, CT.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Tristram:

• Lieutenant Commander Zach Fraser (CO of HMS Devastation)
• Lieutenant, Senior Grade Thomas Karpf (XO of HMS Devastation)
• Chief Petty Officer Jessie Karpf (Bosun of HMS Devastation)
• Spacer 3rd Class Sunshyn Vanderheiden
• Spacer 3rd Class Lauren Marino
• Spacer 3rd Class Greg Benway
• Private Tim Grondhal (RMMC)

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below

• Zach Fraser to Lieutenant Commander (and assigned as CO of HMS Tristram)
• Thomas Karpf to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (and assigned as XO of HMS Tristram)
