Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 27, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Leopard, CA-430. This is a Saganami-C Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the First Fleet (Alexandria, VA).

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Leopard, CA-430:

• Captain, j.g. Eric Schulman (and assigned as CO of HMS Leopard)
• CDR Steve Ives (and assigned as XO of HMS Leopard)
• SCPO John Wagner (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Leopard)

• Lieutenant, s.g. Ed Wandell
• Spacer 3rd Caroline Cox
• Spacer 3rd Steve Rogers
