Fleet Order 1707-A was issued 6 July 2016 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded campaign medals to members volunteering at InConJunction, 30 June-2 July 2017 in Indianapolis, IN.

My thanks to the personnel who conducted Royal Manticoran Navy operations at InConJunction, held in Indianapolis, IN, 30 June-2 July 2017. This was a fleet level event with a recruiting table and room party, which turned out to be the largest party at the con. Well done!
Effective 6 July, 2017, the following personnel are awarded the HAVENITE OPERATIONAL SERVICE MEDAL (HOS) for their participation at InConJuntion 2017:
