This order promotes Lieutenant General John Neitz, RMA to the permanent rank of General in the Royal Manticoran Army.

MEMORANDUM FOR LGEN John Neitz, KSK, KDR, DSO, ME, GS, QBM, RMA
FROM RADM Oak Forest, RMN
Lieutenant General Neitz,
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of the Sovereign Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore, you are hereby appointed a GENERAL (F-4) in Her Majesty’s Army, promotion to be effective the 8th day of November 2024.
Selection was by unanimous vote of the Flag Officer Promotion Board. Congratulations General Neitz!
