===Job Purpose===
To assist Fleet Commanding Officer as a senior Ship Commanding Officer in the Fleet/Service, assigned specifically to the Flag Ship/Unit.			
						
===Duties===
# Participate in Fleet Staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff 
# Represent the Ships Command Triads point of view in Fleet level discussions
# Draft Fleet Orders as directed by the Fleet Commanding Officer
# Maintain Fleet roster and calendar for all Fleet events
# Mentor ship's officers and support their professional development 
# Any other additional collateral functions as determined by the CO, XO or CoS
			
===Skills===
# Excellent verbal and written communications skills
# Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources
# Creative thinking and analysis skills 

===Qualifications===
# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
# Hold a minimum rank of O-4 (Lieutenant Commander), hold the position of Ship/Unit Commanding Officer. 
# Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
# Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 6 months, or as long as the Fleet/Service CO is assigned to the ship/unit.
# Pass the TRMN Background Check
