===Job Purpose===
To serve as an advisor to the Chapter Chairperson and a primary point of contact for all personnel.  

===Duties===
* Chapter Cheerleader, Welcomer, and Knowledge base.
* Assist all members in learning and adhering to the TRMN Code of Conduct.
* Serve as the voice of membership to the Command Triad. Should be the primary point of contact for the chapter membership.
* Work with and be in regular communication with Fleet/Army staff.
* Participate in chapter meetings as requested by their superiors.
* Assist the XO in implementing the CO's vision for the chapter.
* Adhere to TRMN Code of Conduct.

* Self-starter.
* Lead by example and deeds.
* Solid understanding of TRMN policies, practices, and procedures.
* Strong familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, email and other information sources.
* Creative thinking and analysis skills.

===Qualifications===
* Be a member in good standing in TRMN, attached to 1st Fleet
* Hold a minimum rank of E-6/C-6 or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework. 
* Be compliant with the "two-hat" rule upon taking this position
* Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 12 months
* Complete and pass the TRMN Background Check (as required)
