Description of Territory

The capital city of Athena has a nice, quaint down town area that is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. The surrounding area is made of up several homesteads and gentlemen farms. There is a large lake for canoeing and kayaking and a national park with woods, rolling hills, hiking paths and camp sites. We have a minor league baseball team and a small 5000 seat stadium. Most of the population are retired military or public service personnel and their families. There are members from all the military branches, police, fire, EMS, medical tech, nurses, security and teachers. The manor house is under construction. It will be octagon shaped, with a basement and three floors above ground, wrap around porches on the three above ground levels. The third level will have a roof top patio and a domed observation area for star gazing.<ref>TRMN Forums post</ref>
