As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.
In accordance with Admiralty-Order-1707-01, RMN-4850-17 Ensign Phillip Culmer RMN and RMN-1238-12 Ensign Stephen Meadows GSN having the required examination and Time In Grade are hereby promoted to Lt (JG) (02).
