My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 23, 2012, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Chaos, DD-57. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant Commander Daniel Stephenson, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
• Lieutenant, s.g. Christopher Bronson, assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
• Chief Petty Officer Brian Jack, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos

Remaining crew is unchanged except for those reassigned to HMS Drake.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Daniel Stephenson to Lieutenant Commander, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
• Christopher Bronson to Lieutenant, s.g., assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
• Brian Jack to Chief Petty Officer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
